Iowa and Missouri Spring Turkey Hunts
Prairie's Edge (P.E.) offers fully guided spring turkey hunts, which are guided on private property. All of our guides are knowledgeable and excellent callers. Hunts will be conducted from half-hour before sunrise until 1:00 pm.
Turkey Guide Fees:
- Adults 16 years and up is $185.00 per hunt.
- Kids 15 years or younger at $85.00 per hunt.

Des Moines Area Hunts Lodging Information
Walnut Creek Inn is our preferred lodging site for the Des Moines area. Ideally located near downtown Des Moines and the Iowa Event Center, Best Western Walnut Creek Inn provides comfortable accommodations for business and leisure travelers to the area. This West Des Moines hotel is located right off Interstate 235 and offers easy access to Val-Air Ballroom and Drake University. Hotel guests will be less than a mile from Wal-Mart/Sam's Club and Valley West Mall. Also nearby are Prairie Meadows Racetrack, Blank Park Zoo and Iowa's favorite theme park, Adventure Land Park.
